Interview Experience with Syntel

I had a call from Syntel to attend the interview for Java/J2EE.

So, i went to interview on reputed timing[19-12-2009, Arihant Park, Chennai] and went to interviewer room after two hours.

Interview is started with some formal discussions. And after that he just asked for one specific technology exposure. I replied them that we are not using that technology in our project and that too clearly mentioned in my profile itself. After these, there is too much change in the interviewer attitude, he ask for some question and reacting like he is not interested in listening my reply. And in the meantime he just chat with other interviewer in informal manner. I answered mostly all the questions in right manner. But at last he is telling that "You can leave for the day".

Thing i need to convey from this incident is, call the candidate once your requirement is exactly matching with his profile. And in interviewer side, if you decide candidate is not upto your requirement dont waste the time and energy of the candidate.
